About Us

Who We Are

We are a group of UNL students here to help others understand the inner-workings of UNL dining halls. The hours of hard work to provide thousands of students with daily meals should not go unappreciated. With a large portion of students here at UNL living on campus, the dining halls have to juggle tasks such as providing a variety of options and preparing countless portions in order to satisfy the hungry stomachs of many college kids. That is no easy task. From interviews to statistics, we hope you will find the information on this blog both informative and interesting.
